After Pocket Zone, Go Dreams is back with its sequel. Right now, Pocket Zone 2 is in its early alpha test phase on Android. It’s built by two indie developers who are the creators of the Pocket Survivor series.

Pocket Zone 2 on Android Is a Survival RPG Expansion with an Open World

The game lets you take a ride through the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, bringing back the radioactive wastelands from its prequel. But this time, it’s an open world and real-time co-op raids. You and your friends can team up, scavenge, fight off mutants and chase after the precious artefacts together.

The game feels like an inspiration from a lot of games of the same genre. Story-wise, you find yourself in the middle of an unforgiving world full of bandits and anomalies. On top of all that, random events can turn your survival plan into a complete disaster in seconds.

Pocket Zone 2 lets you carve out your own story in the Zone. There’s no strict linear plot and you can do your own thing. You can become the richest stalker or a regular guy keeping himself safe from the environment or the Wishmaster.

The World Itself Is Massive

Pocket Zone 2 on Android features 49 unique locations spread across the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. Every area has dangers, secrets and random events. You’ll need to eat, drink, rest, heal your wounds and deal with illnesses alongside surviving.

The game brings back the hardcore survival mechanics from the first title. On the customisation front, you can create your own character with hundreds of visual options with different classes, skills and abilities.

There are over 1,000 different types of weapons, armour, helmets and backpacks. With chats, trading channels and a solid friend system, Pocket Zone 2 also brings a strong social aspect to your Android gaming sessions.
