When Are The Best Times For Admin Events?

The best time to get Admin events is a little before an update. This usually happens on a Saturday, and often the dev will drop a bunch of admin events just before and after. If you want to get the max possible benefit, we’d suggest hanging out in-game for around an hour before the update drops.

If you’re lucky, you might even get to experience new Admin events being tested. We were lucky enough to see the first run of the Black Hole event last week.

Aim for an hour or so before this time, or a couple of hours if you’re in for the long haul. Maybe stick around after too, as you might get more event drops.

What Are Admin Events?

Admin events are a bit like weather events, but they don’t show up at random. They only trigger when someone with admin privileges starts them manually. This makes them relatively rare to see, but they’re pretty important. This is because they can give you some of the rarest and most valuable mutations in the game, like Disco and Voidtouched.

The current events include:

• Black Hole – A chance to give the Voidtouched Mutation.
• Disco Event – Chance to give the Disco Mutation.
• Lazer Event – Chance to give the Plasma Mutation.
• Super Thunder Storm – Lots of strikes give a higher chance of the Shocked mutation from a regular Thunderstorm event.
